Tasks

• Further development and operational management of global management and sales reporting, including customer, product, and segment evaluations
• Closely working with sales and product management as a business partner through the creation of ad-hoc and scenario analyses
• Analyzing profitability and deriving measures to optimize working capital
• Planning, creating, and controlling forecasts, budgets, and deviation analyses including concrete action recommendations
• Defining, further developing, and monitoring central KPIs in coordination with international stakeholders
• Ensuring consistent data quality and further developing reporting processes from ERP-, CRM-, and BI-systems

Qualification

• Multiple years of controlling experience of at least 3-5 years, ideally in internationally active production companies
• Strong analytical skills, proactive approach, and result-oriented focus
• Safe handling of Excel, BI solutions (e.g. Power BI), and ERP systems (e.g. MS Dynamics NAV / Business Central)
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Team player with high self-initiative, communication strength, and flexibility in international projects
