The travel activity is limited to regional customer visits and remains manageable overall.

Tasks

• Taking, analyzing and processing incoming support requests via phone, email and ticket system
• Competent support for users with hardware and software problems in daily IT operations
• Error analysis and troubleshooting in the Microsoft Windows environment as well as standard applications
• Installation, configuration and provision of clients, notebooks, printers and mobile devices

Qualification

• You ideally bring first work experience in 1st- and/or 2nd-level support
• Team spirit, communication strength and a friendly demeanor characterize you
• You enjoy direct exchange with users and convince through your service-oriented working method
• Your German language skills are fluent
