Aufgaben

Your tasks

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related questions and ensure that systems, applications and end devices function reliably.

• Maintenance and support of users in Central, branches and external service in First- and Second-Level-Support
• Analysis, qualification and elimination of disturbances in various systems and applications
• Coordination and interface work with external IT service providers
• Setup, installation and maintenance of new PC workstations
• Performance of system updates and maintenance work
• Installation, configuration and administration of client hardware and software as well as mobile devices
• User training for new systems and applications
• Creation and maintenance of user documentation
• User and authorization management
• Maintenance of EDI interfaces

Qualifikation

Your profile

• Degree in IT or comparable professional experience
• Experience in user support and the maintenance of IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of ERP systems, EDI transfers and cash register systems is advantageous
• Very good MS-Office skills
• Structured, analytical and independent working style
• Team orientation, reliability and high service orientation
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills in writing and speaking
