Switchgear Repair Specialist

In this role, no day will be the same. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment while delivering top-notch service to our customers. You’ll be able to work alongside some of the best technicians in the industry utilizing the latest technology tools and equipment. As a Switchgear Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for the following: • Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment, including switchgear, circuit breakers, and other electrical devices. • Perform routine maintenance and testing on equipment to ensure proper operation. • Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to resolve equipment issues and provide exceptional customer service. • Utilize company-provided tools and equipment to perform tasks efficiently and effectively. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment maintenance and repair records. • Participate in on-the-job training and continuing education to stay current with industry developments and company procedures. • Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent travel to customer sites. • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures. • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
