As a vital part of our customer service team, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries and ensuring a supportive and informative interaction.

• Offer outstanding customer support in Swedish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively manage customer queries and issues, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement of our services.
• Work collaboratively with team members to share customer insights and enhance service offerings.
• Stay knowledgeable about our products, promotions, and best practices in customer service.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in a customer service, support, or related role is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and prioritize responsibilities in a remote environment.
