• Delivering outstanding customer service to our Swedish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
• Documenting all client interactions accurately in our CRM system to enable effective follow-up.
• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Staying informed about our products and services to provide clients with the best possible assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and verbal); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
