Responsibilities:

• Test Design and Implementation:
• Creation of detailed test specifications and independent implementation in a GUI test system.
• Comprehensive GUI tests, as well as analysis of the results
• Continuous further development of test procedures
• Defect Management:
• Creation, documentation, and retesting of defect cases
• Optimization:
• Responsibility for ongoing improvements and optimizations of the GUI test system to ensure efficient and stable software delivery

Qualifications:

• Test Automation:
• In-depth experience in the automation of test cases using Python and Squish (especially GUI tests in complex software environments).
• CI/CD & Toolchain:
• Proficient in using Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Project Management & Tracking:
• Proficient in ticket creation and lifecycle management using Jira and IBM RTC.
• Methodology:
• Proven working methods in agile development environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Languages:
• Negotiation-level German and English skills.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication skills and the willingness to take responsibility for test cycles and quality standards.
