We are looking for compassionate and resilient Support Workers to join our team and support residents who may exhibit challenging behaviours.
Our internal scheduling system allows you to discuss shift availability and preferences with our management team, enabling you to find shifts that work for you within our home.

We are looking for compassionate and resilient Support Workers to join our team and support residents who may exhibit challenging behaviours.

To join the team, we prefer that you have:
- At least 6 months experience working as a support worker with individuals who exhibit challenging behaviours.
- A patient, empathetic, and understanding approach to care.
- Skills in de-escalation techniques and positive behaviour support strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A reliable and responsible work ethic.
- NZQA qualification in Health and Well-being Level 2 , 3 or 4 (or equivalent)
- A current First Aid Certificate (desirable).
- Competitive hourly rates with weekend and night allowances
