IT Lead for Fiscal Position Responsibilities:

Manage the Strategic Technology Relationship with the User Areas of Fiscal and Operations for tax matters, as well as the Balance Sheet Area
Manage the Fiscal TSA (Transition Service Agreements) Exit Program in terms of Scope, Integration, Risks, Communication, Quality, Resources, Costs, Timelines, among others, that enable the IPO and allow Banamex to become a bank independent of Citi
Manage the Internal Team of Employees
Manage the Relationship / Contracts with Third Parties, via Purchasing and the VMO (Vendor Management Office)
Establish a Support / Maintenance / Improvements Model for Applications
Establish Operations Continuity Plans (technological aspects) for User Areas

Experience:

More than 10 years working in Technology, or related organizations, mandatory
More than 3 years working in the Banking Industry, ideally. Or alternatively, 5 years in the Mass Consumption or Retail Industry
More than 3 years managing the Strategic Technology Relationship with the Fiscal Area
Generating the User Area's Strategic Plan
Building the Portfolio Execution Plan, or the next year's Book of Work
More than 3 years of experience in Projects, Improvements, and System Support for Fiscal
Ideally, have implemented statement stamping/sealing systems from the beginning
Ideally, have implemented fiscal certificate stamping/sealing systems from the beginning
More than 3 years managing Operations Continuity Plans (technological aspects) for User Areas
More than 5 years managing teams composed of more than 15 internal people
Management of an Investment and Expenses Budget
Managing investments exceeding US$15 million annually
Managing annual recurrent expenses of US$3 million annually
