SVP – AI Transformation & Technology (Wholesale Banking)

Role Overview We are looking for a senior Technology Leader to drive AI-led transformation across Intellect's Wholesale Banking product portfolio. The role will be responsible for defining and executing the technology strategy to embed AI capabilities into our products, enabling intelligent, autonomous, and next-generation banking solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in Wholesale Banking with strong technology leadership and hands-on exposure to AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and other cutting-edge technologies. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to drive innovation and growth within Intellect's Wholesale Banking division. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing the technology strategy for AI-led transformation across Wholesale Banking product portfolio. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI-powered solutions that meet business needs. • Designing, developing, and implementing AI-enabled products and services that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technology partners, and industry experts. • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies to ensure Intellect's Wholesale Banking division remains at the forefront of innovation. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • At least 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on AI and machine learning. • Proven track record of driving successful AI-led transformation initiatives within the Wholesale Banking industry. • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including GenAI, Agentic AI, and other cutting-edge approaches. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
