Sustainable Procurement Intern

Reporting to the Procurement Director, the job holder will be accountable for the following: Key Responsibilities: - Supporting the management and update of supplier sustainability assessments for Packaging, RMS and Indirect categories - Assisting in the collection, review and filing of suppliers’ sustainability and transparency documentation - Supporting the qualification and onboarding of new suppliers, including the analysis and recovery of historical documentation - Managing CSR-related requests and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role will also involve: - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination - Providing administrative support for procurement activities as required - Maintaining accurate records and databases related to supplier sustainability assessments and onboarding processes.
