Contract: Fixed-term – Full Time

To strengthen our Sustainability team, we are looking for a motivated individual to contribute to the development of our ESG projects and the company's sustainability journey.


The Role

The resource will report to the Sustainability Manager and will collaborate daily with the Quality, Purchasing, Human Resources, Management Control, and Sales departments, contributing to the development of ESG strategies and compliance with national and European regulations.


Main Responsibilities

  • Collection, processing, and monitoring of ESG data.
  • Support in the preparation of the Sustainability Report and related reporting.
  • Management of sustainability questionnaires requested by clients and stakeholders (EcoVadis, CDP, Sedex, etc.).
  • Monitoring of regulatory evolution in sustainability matters (CSRD, VSME, PPWR, and other European regulations).
  • Support in the implementation of ESG requirements within company processes.
  • Monitoring of environmental, social, and governance KPIs.
  • Analysis of CO₂ emissions (Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3) and support for supply chain decarbonization projects.
  • Collaboration in the development of circular economy projects, sustainable packaging, and reduction of environmental impact.
  • Support in the management of sustainability certifications and audits.
  • Preparation of reports, analyses, and presentations for management and national and international clients.
  • Liaison with bodies, trade associations, and external stakeholders on sustainability topics.

Who We Are Looking For


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably a Master's Degree, in Economics, Management Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related disciplines.
  • 2-5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or consulting (junior profiles with strong motivation and a consistent educational background will also be considered).
  • Knowledge of the main sustainability standards and frameworks (GRI, CSRD, VSME, Carbon Footprint, EcoVadis).
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Office suite.
  • Excellent analytical and data management skills.
  • Good knowledge of the English language (minimum B2 level).
  • Precision, organizational autonomy, initiative, and teamwork skills.

Position and Compensation

  • National Collective Labor Agreement for the Food Industry – Dairy Sector.
  • Indicative level of entry: 3rd or 4th level for white-collar employees, depending on the candidate's experience and skills.
  • Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €28,000 – €35,000, commensurate with professional experience and possessed skills.
  • Variable company bonus.
