The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of UOB's sustainability strategy and initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for students or recent graduates who are passionate about sustainability and want to gain hands-on experience in a leading financial institution. Responsibilities: * Assist in conducting research on sustainable development trends and best practices in the banking industry; * Support the development of UOB's sustainability strategy and initiatives; * Conduct analysis and provide recommendations on the environmental, social and economic impacts of UOB's operations; * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for sustainability improvements; * Assist in developing and implementing sustainable practices within UOB. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration); * Strong research and analytical skills; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; * Familiarity with sustainability concepts and practices is an advantage.
