Your Tasks

• Building and continuously developing the PCF/LCA customer process.
• End-to-end support of customer projects: data collection, modeling, validation, and presentation of results.
• Development of rules and methodologies for PCF/LCA customers.
• Co-shaping the software: input for product features and automation ideas.
• Scaling and documentation of repeatable consulting processes.
• Close collaboration with the product team to optimize workflows.
• Training colleagues and knowledge transfer within the team.
• Main point of contact for customers, including support with other sustainability tools.

Your Profile

• Fluent German (C2) and very good English (C1).
• At least 2 years of experience in sustainability consulting or in-house with a focus on PCF/LCA.
• Hands-on ownership of PCF/LCA projects from data to results – no delegation.
• Experience in direct customer contact and project management.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 14067, ISO 14040, or PACT standards.
• Builder mindset: you actively improve processes and are not afraid to get hands-on.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
