WHAT YOU DO

• The role is "post-sales" and as such is located within our company's technical sustainability team
• Approximately 70-80% of the tasks focus on customer support and customer management, while the remaining tasks include evaluating individual customer data and further developing processes
• You will be encouraged and supported to build your own technical expertise in the field of sustainability in order to also deliver project content for customers
• You will onboard new customers to our software
• You will support customers as a "clearing house" for questions and problems related to the use of our products and provide them with technical consulting in the field of sustainability
• You will interpret the results of our software (sustainability KPIs and content) for customers and support them in making decisions for the optimal use of our tools and services
• You will be the internal interface between our sales teams, the sustainability function, and our software engineers
• You will develop and manage the tools for monitoring customer activities and react to this monitoring
• The primary internal working language will be English, but communication with customers will primarily be in German

WHO YOU ARE

• You have at least one year of experience in a similar function
• You have work experience with at least one of the following topics: GHG Protocol, GRI, DNK, Ecovadis
• You have native-level German language skills
• You work independently and are customer-oriented
• You are characterized by a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
• You communicate clearly and confidently
• You are motivated to independently learn new sustainability content
• Experience with the GHG Protocol is a plus
• You have fluent English language skills
