WHAT YOU DO

• The role is "post-sales" and as such is located within our company's technical sustainability team.
• About 70-80% of the tasks concentrate on customer care and customer management, while the remaining tasks involve processing individual customer data and developing processes.
• You will be encouraged and supported in building your own technical expertise in the field of sustainability to deliver project contents for customers.
• You onboard new customers into our software.
• You support customers as a "clearinghouse" for questions and problems related to the use of our products and guide their technical consulting in the field of sustainability.
• You interpret the results of our software (sustainability KPIs and contents) for customers and support them in making decisions on the optimal use of our tools and services.
• You are the internal interface between our sales teams, the sustainability function, and our software engineers.
• You develop and manage the tools for monitoring customer activities and react to these monitoring results.
• The primary internal working language will be English, but communication with customers will mainly take place in German.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have at least one year of experience in a similar function.
• You possess work experience with at least one of the following topics: GHG Protocol, GRI, DNK, Ecovadis.
• You possess German language skills on a native speaker level.
• You work independently and customer-oriented.
• Your structured and solution-oriented working style is characterized by self-motivation to learn new sustainability contents independently.
• You communicate clearly and confidently.
• Erfahrung with the GHG Protocol is a plus.
• You have verhandlungssichere English language skills.
