Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain cost models for suspension systems, including component-level estimates and program-level summaries. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate cost risks, and optimize cost structures. • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency. • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and delivery. • Provide cost estimation and analysis support to program managers and other stakeholders. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cost engineering and suspension systems. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in cost engineering, project management, or a related field. • Strong understanding of automotive suspension systems, manufacturing processes, and supplier capabilities. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. • Certification in cost engineering or a related field is a plus.
