• We are looking for a Sushi chef available for an immediate start for our Team of 3.
  
• Work within an open kitchen setup, leading the sushi section ( stand alone position ) of a 150 covers lunch & dinner service
  
• Skills required: sushi preparation from scratch, mise en place, precise fileting, plating
  
• Quick, tidy, and exceptional customer service skills essential
  
• Starting date: Immediate season ends beginning of November
  
• Contract can be extended to Winter season as well
  

Requirements

1. Experience: 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Sushi Chef in reputable dining establishments as a Stand alone chef and with a Team.
   
2. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in sushi preparation techniques, Japanese culinary knowledge, and menu development skills.
   
3. Collaborative Skills: Ability to work effectively within a team environment, supporting and guiding colleagues.
   
4. Quality Focus: Commitment to maintaining high standards in ingredient selection, dish presentation, and taste.
   
5. Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, ensure hygiene standards, and streamline operations.
   
6. Communication: Fluent in English; additional language skills, especially German, are advantageous.
   

Benefits Salary: between 2,200 to 2500,- net per month, 6 days/48 hours per week
