Lavorint SpA - Gruppo Attal, a subsidiary of Campobasso, one of the first Italian agencies specializing in research, selection, training and management of human resources, is seeking to expand and strengthen the staff of an important company in the territory, a profile of: CIVIL ENGINEERING SURVEYOR ROLE The activity that the civil engineering surveyor will perform will be practical and technical/administrative support. Duties: - Coordinating and supervising construction site activities - Monitoring compliance with project delivery times and budget - Managing and verifying subcontractors - Controlling the correct execution of works in accordance with technical designs and current regulations - Preparing weekly reports and technical reports - Managing and controlling construction site documentation - Monitoring and respecting workplace safety norms (D.Lgs. 81/08) - Supporting the Construction Management and accounting departments Requisites: - Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent title - Minimum 3 years of experience on building projects - Excellent knowledge of building regulations and workplace safety - Ability to read and interpret technical designs - Advanced skills in using software for technical design (AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office package - Availability to travel to different construction sites Requisites: - Certification as Coordinator for Safety (CSP/CSE) - Knowledge of software for managing construction site accounting (e.g. STR Vision, Primus) - Experience in sustainable building and innovative construction techniques - Strong team orientation and excellent organizational skills - Driving license B WHAT WE OFFER Work location: Prov di Isernia.
