Grada Recruitment have partnered with a fast-growing land development consultancy to recruit a Survey Technician.
This consultancy is on a strong growth trajectory, working across subdivisions, greenfield developments, and a variety of land development projects.

With a supportive team culture and high expectations, it’s an environment where initiative and problem-solving are valued.
About the Role
You’ll step in as a Survey Technician with a primary focus on field work, supporting a growing pipeline of projects. This role will give you ownership and visibility across entire projects – from planning and coordination through to delivery. With the business scaling, there’s scope to step into a 2IC role, working alongside and eventually leading a team of 4–5 surveyors.
