Survey Programmer EU & NA shift

We are looking for a Survey Programmer to join our team. This role involves programming surveys for our clients, ensuring accuracy and quality in the data collection process. You will be responsible for implementing survey logic, testing, and troubleshooting to deliver high-quality survey instruments. **Responsibilities:** * Program online surveys using specialized survey software (e.g., SPSS Dimensions, Qualtrics, Confirmit, SurveyMonkey). * Translate survey questionnaires from Word/Excel into interactive online surveys. * Implement complex survey logic, including skip patterns, quotas, and branching. * Develop and test survey instruments to ensure functionality, accuracy, and user-friendliness. * Collaborate with project managers and research teams to understand survey requirements and objectives. * Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs during the programming and testing phases. * Ensure all survey programming adheres to internal quality standards and client specifications. * Manage multiple survey projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines. * Assist in data validation and quality checks of the programmed surveys. * Communicate effectively with team members regarding project progress and potential challenges. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Survey Programmer or in a similar role. * Proficiency in at least one major survey programming platform (SPSS Dimensions, Qualtrics, Confirmit, SurveyMonkey, etc.). * Strong understanding of survey methodologies and best practices. * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. * Ability to troubleshoot and solve programming issues independently. * Good organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Must be able to work within the EU & NA time zone overlap for seamless collaboration. **Desirable:** * Experience with data analysis tools. * Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for advanced customization. * Experience working with international market research projects. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity to work with a global leader in market research. * Continuous learning and professional development opportunities. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Flexible working hours within the specified shift.
