Civil Works Inspector

TEHORA is currently looking for a Civil Works Inspector with excellent technical skills, knowledge, and who wants to leverage their expertise within a versatile team.

Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the selected person will have to provide.

Description of works or assets delivered :

• Develop and implement strategies focused on expanding activities in the real estate sector in alignment with financial objectives and customer satisfaction
• Identify, prospect, and develop business opportunities in the real estate development and other related sectors
• Supervise the preparation of commercial proposals with technical direction
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and ensure regular follow-up to guarantee their satisfaction
• Put in place a sales cycle tracking process and performance indicators (KPI)
• Implement an information system to support activities (CRM)
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company's visibility and establish professional contacts
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, finance, and marketing) to ensure project success.
• Ensure strategic surveillance of market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities
• Develop new areas such as electric vehicle fleet electrification.

Requirements

• Hold a DEC or AEC in civil engineering technology.
• Hold at least 3 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Hold good knowledge of underground electricity distribution networks.
• Hold experience with civil works, maintenance, low-voltage standards, etc.
• Mastery MS Office tools.
• Possess a valid class 5 driver's license.
• Hold excellent oral and written communication skills in French.

SALARY

The salary will be calculated based on the average hourly rate corresponding to your profile.

WORKPLACE
