Civil Works Supervisor

TEHORA is currently looking for a Civil Works Supervisor with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to use their skills within a versatile team.

Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate will have to provide.

Description of work or deliverables:

• Develop and implement strategies focused on expanding activities in the real estate sector in line with financial objectives and customer satisfaction
• Identify, prospect and develop business opportunities in the real estate development sector and other related sectors
• Supervise the preparation of commercial proposals with the technical management
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and ensure regular follow-up to ensure their satisfaction
• Implement a sales cycle tracking process and performance indicators (KPIs)
• Implement an information system to support activities (CRM)
• Participate in industry events, conferences and networking activities to promote the company's visibility and establish professional contacts
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, finance and marketing) to ensure the success of projects.
• Provide strategic monitoring of market trends, emerging opportunities and competitor activities
• Develop new niches such as the electrification of vehicle fleets.

Requirements

• Have a DEC or AEC in civil engineering technology.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in work supervision.
• Have a good knowledge of underground electricity distribution networks.
• Have experience with civil works, maintenance, low voltage standards, etc.
• Master MS Office tools.
• Have a valid class 5 driver's license.
• Have very good oral and written communication skills in French.

SALARY

The salary will be calculated on the basis of the average hourly rate corresponding to your profile.

WORKPLACE

The workplace will be determined according to the mandate, it can be in teleworking or at the client's premises.
