A Brief Overview Assist in the operating room by preparing the surgical site, passing instruments to the surgeon, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Assist with patient care and provide emotional support to patients and families. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical process. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient care and outcomes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
