Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and understand their needs Underwrite surety business, including limits, contracts and bonds, and monitor risks throughout the lifecycle of the policy Analyse financial, commercial and risk-related information to structure sound underwriting and risk-mitigation proposals Recommend pricing in line with Credendo GSR’s risk appetite and underwriting guidelines Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing and Operations, to achieve business objectives Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the surety industry, including market trends, competitors and customer needs
