Stellenbeschreibung
- Sie sind für den technischen 2nd-Level Support / Operation Support im Bereich Zeit / ZuKo für unsere regionalen Teams und Kunden verantwortlich.
- Sie sorgen für die kompetente Beantwortung technischer und komplexer Supportanfragen.
- Sie kümmern sich um technische Fehleranalysen, erstellen und verteilen technische Informationen.
- Sie bearbeiten technische Störungen im 2nd-Level Support.
- Sie analysieren Störungen und erstellen entsprechende Tickets und sind für die Nachverfolgung sowie evtl. Nachstellung im Labor zuständig.
Die Stelle kann in der Region Süd (Stuttgart, Grasbrunn oder Frankfurt am Main) besetzt werden.
