- You are responsible for technical 2nd-Level Support / Operation Support in the area of UGM, BMA and Concessions for our regional teams and customers.
- You ensure competent answering of technical and complex support questions.
- You take care of technical error analyses, create and distribute technical information.
- Technical processing of disturbances in 2nd-Level Support.
- Analyzing disturbances and creating corresponding tickets, tracking these potentially subsequent events in the laboratory.
