However, we don't just deal with local public transport! The OT Systems Directorate is responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of technological systems for the supervision and control of the lines, ensuring the continuous operation of the transport network.

With a view to continuous improvement of our services, we are therefore looking for people to join the Control Room Technical Support team.

Main Activities

• Monitoring of IT systems, networks constituting the technological infrastructure serving the Operations Center, and first-level systems, using specific control and maintenance workstations;
• Technical support and assistance on the use of control room technological systems, fault and anomaly management;
• Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures, both software and hardware, of the IT, OT, and TLC equipment serving the operations center.

Required Qualifications

• Five-year diploma, preferably in telecommunications, electronics, IT, or electrical engineering;
• Possession of a B driving license;
• Availability to work in shifts, including nights, based on service needs.

Profile Completes

• Previous experience with telecontrol and automation systems in a metro/railway environment;
• Propensity to work in environments with critical infrastructure and in urgent conditions;
• Knowledge of Supervision and Operational Technology systems;
• Ability to work in a team.
