Accounting Support - Receptionist

Responsibilities - Welcoming and receiving clients and suppliers - Supporting accounting tasks, including invoicing debtors and creditors - Bank reconciliations - Supporting calculations, monthly and annual closings, VAT returns - Updating systems - Digitalizing documents - Providing administrative support of various types according to business needs Profile - Completed training in administrative/accounting field - Preferably holding a cantonal accounting diploma - Previous experience in a supporting role for accounting - Knowledge of national languages will be a preferred title - Familiarity with main computer software (Microsoft Office) - Enjoy supporting accounting and welcoming clients and suppliers - Punctuality, precision, attention to detail - Flexible and available person - Gentle and smiling approach Benefits Permanent insertion into a solid company in the Canton of Ticino.
