WE'RE HIRING - SUPPORT WORKERS
SIL Home & Respite Services

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality care in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes and respite services.
Main Locations:

Liverpool
Quakers Hill
Werrington

About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will assist individuals with daily living activities, personal care, community access, and help promote independence while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements:

Must have excellent written and verbal English skills
Right to work in Australia
Previous experience in disability or community support (preferred)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Police Check
First Aid & CPR Certificate
COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
Infection Control Training (COVID-19)
Completion of NDIS Modules
Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
