• Assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Encouraging independence and helping clients achieve their goals
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating with families and healthcare professionals

• Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or cert IV in Disability
• Experience in disability or aged care (bonus if you have experience with paraplegic clients)
• A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Up-to-date vaccinations as per the Australian Immunisation Handbook
• NDIS Screening Check and Working with Children Check
• Right to work in Australia
