- 2 permanent, full-time vacancies, based in Hamilton
- Earn up to $32.30/hr + Extra annual leave

The Role | What we do
We are an enhanced mobile support team, operating seven days a week across Hamilton. Grounded in respect, empathy, and recovery, we walk alongside individuals to strengthen independence, wellbeing, and choice, providing practical support and medication oversight.
Our team provides support to help individuals and their families lead full, connected, and meaningful lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals to build independence and work towards their personal goals
- Provide medication oversight in the community
- Complete accurate, timely, and objective documentation
- Monitor wellbeing and identify and report changes
- Support engagement with appointments and community services to enhance overall wellbeing.
The positions are permanent, full-time roles. You will be working Friday- Monday, 1:00pm- 9:30pm or 7:30am- 4:00pm. Based in Hamilton.
You | About you
- Preferred applicants who hold the level 4 New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent. Alternatively, you will be willing to commence study towards this within six months of starting your employment with Pathways. This needs to be completed within two years of commencement. Pathways offers significant support to complete this study.
- You must hold a current full New Zealand driver’s licence.
- You must hold a current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one.
- Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the articles of the Treaty of Waitangi.
- You must have the right to work in New Zealand
