Support Worker

Support Worker (Residential/College – no personal care) Location: Cranborne, Dorset Hourly Rate : £12.37-£13.49 per hour Annual Salary: £23,207.85 - £25,309.13 (depending on experience and qualifications) Hours: 12 hour shifts, 8am-8pm- average 42 hours per week spread over 3-4 shifts per week (including every other weekend) Contract: permanent, term time only Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity to work at a large SEN College based in Cranborne. The College support young people between the ages of 16-25 with complex needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties. The successful candidate will be working as part of a dedicated team to provide support and guidance to students, enabling them to reach their full potential. The role will involve supporting students with their daily routines, providing emotional support, and helping them to develop life skills. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working with young people and making a positive impact on their lives. The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and will be expected to maintain confidentiality and adhere to the College's policies and procedures.
