We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide essential care and support to service users, assisting with daily activities and personal care while promoting independence and dignity. Key Responsibilities Provide support with personal care and daily living tasks. Promote choice, independence, and dignity at all times. Maintain accurate records and follow care plans. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe, caring environment. Respond effectively to challenges and concerns from service users, families, and other stakeholders. Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills. Contribute to the continuous improvement of services through participation in quality assurance processes. Support the implementation of policies and procedures that promote a culture of dignity and respect. Provide support with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and personal care. Promote service user's independence by supporting them to make choices about their own lives. Ensure all interactions are respectful, empathetic, and person-centered. Maintain accurate records and follow care plans. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe, caring environment.
