We are seeking a well-spoken, positive, and empathetic individual who understands the complexities of challenging behaviours and can offer patient, thoughtful support—particularly on difficult days. We are seeking a fantastic support worker who has: • A strong understanding of and experience with intellectual disabilities and dementia, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. • A patient and understanding approach when working with individuals who may have complex needs or challenging behaviours. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines.
