Support Worker

Hatzfeld Care Ltd provides high quality residential and day care through our specialised mental health, Dementia care and residential care services. Each of our homes offers a unique environment providing high quality, consistent, responsive care in a homely, supportive setting. This role will be based at a Care Home that specialises with Mental health. As a Support Worker you will be expected to work as part of a team by supporting the residents of the home. Providing practical support as well as emotional support to the residents, you will be required to assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and other activities of daily living. You will also be expected to work closely with the care team to ensure the best possible care for the residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the importance of person-centred care and be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing high quality care to the residents. The role will involve working shifts, including evenings and weekends, and being on call for emergency situations. You will be required to maintain accurate records of your work and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders.
