Support- and Operations-Engineer (m/w/d)

We are looking for highly motivated employees (m/w/d) to expand our business operations in our Support- and Operations- Team. The team handles technical support inquiries from our customers around our product orcharhino in German and English, via phone, email, and web services as well as remote maintenance directly on the affected systems on site.

Tasks

• You will work as a 2nd-Level-Specialist closely with the IT departments of our customers together
• You support our customers with all questions around orcharhino
• You analyze technical problems and ensure that they are reliably solved
• You make sure that no inquiry remains unanswered
• You maintain our orcharhino-quality assurance systems
• You ensure that our application infrastructure in the data centers runs stably and error-free
• You contribute to ensuring that our systems are always reliably available

Qualification

• You possess a technical training or are an experienced lateral entrant
• You have good knowledge in the areas of Linux Server Systems, their standard applications (web servers, databases, command-line tools) as well as general network topics
• You are a team player and have communication strength
• New things to learn do not scare you off, but rather challenge you
• You already have work experience in the IT industry with very good technical expertise
• Ideal would be if you had already gained experience with community-based or manufacturer-specific Linux-based automation and deployment tools
• You are proficient in German and English in writing and speaking
• Your place of residence is in Germany
