Role Summary We are hiring a Support Specialist for our Voice Operations team, responsible for handling customer inquiries related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Fraud prevention. Key Responsibilities Handle customer calls and resolve issues related to AML and Fraud prevention Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts and transactions Identify and escalate potential fraud cases to the relevant teams Ensure all interactions with customers are professional, courteous, and compliant with regulatory requirements Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce.com) is an added advantage.
