Hiring: Cloudera/Kafka Support Engineer (L2) | Remote | Permanent | Mindteck We are looking for a skilled Cloudera/Kafka Support Engineer (L2) to join our team at Mindteck. If you enjoy working on large-scale data platforms and thrive in a 24/7 support environment, this could be a strong fit. Location: Remote Employment Type: Permanent Experience: 3 years (L2 Support) What you will be working on: Managing and supporting Cloudera CDH clusters (100 nodes) in production Operating Confluent Kafka clusters with high availability and scalability Troubleshooting complex issues related to data processing, storage, and retrieval Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints Providing timely and accurate technical support via phone, email, or chat Developing and maintaining knowledge of Cloudera/Kafka products and services Staying up-to-date with the latest product releases and features
