Support Specialist - JTL-Wawi & E-Commerce-Prozesse (m/w/d)

Support customers with technical questions around JTL.

At knowmates, you support our e-commerce customers in the support area around JTL. You don't have to be an expert in JTL. What's more important is that you think structured, are willing to learn, and are ready to immerse yourself intensively into the world of JTL and related e-commerce processes.

The support at our company revolves exclusively around JTL products and adjacent topics like inventory management, shops, interfaces, processes, and error analysis. You'll receive a thorough onboarding process and learn directly from experienced JTL experts in the team.

Aufgaben

• You support our customers with technical questions around JTL-Wawi and digital e-commerce processes
• You analyze support requests, check workflows, and find practical solutions
• You help with setting up, maintaining, and optimizing systems and processes
• You work closely with project management, development, and consulting
• You bring in ideas on how we can further improve our support and internal processes

Qualifikation

• Experience in support, technical customer service, application maintenance, or a comparable role
• A good technical understanding and interest in digital systems
• The willingness to immerse yourself intensively into JTL-Wawi, JTL-WMS, JTL-POS, etc. and build specialized knowledge
• A structured, solution-oriented work style and a good eye for processes
• Clear, friendly, and professional communication with customers
• Self-reliance, reliability, and secure German language skills in writing and speaking

This is a plus

You don't have to bring everything. The more you're familiar with some of these topics:

• Experience with ERP-, inventory management-, shop- or ticket systems
• Experience in the e-commerce environment
• A basic understanding of interfaces, data imports, databases, SQL, or APIs
• Experience with technical documentation or customer training
• First contact with JTL-Wawi or other JTL products
