We are developing the first password manager without master password and replacing passwords with intuitive, hardware-supported authentication with strong 2-factor technology. Everything developed and hosted in Germany, ISO-27001-certified and GDPR-compliant.

Tasks

• Main responsibility for the operational support of our customers
• Prioritization and processing of support requests via ticket, email, and call
• Supporting customers with technical and product-related questions
• Closely working together with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success
• Documentation of solutions and maintenance of our support knowledge base
• Passing on feedback and recurring issues to the product team

Qualification

• Very good German and English skills for daily support are absolutely required
• Pleasure in dealing with customers and solution-oriented communication
• Able to remain calm and professional even when faced with complex or stressful requests
• Personal maturity, able to prioritize and not take problems home emotionally
• Structured and reliable work style
• Willingness to take responsibility
