Support Specialist Accounting (2nd Level) (d/m/w)

As Service Specialist, you communicate securely and conscientiously with our users from various industries. You are responsible for processing general and specialized inquiries about accounting in Lexware Office.

With your knowledge that we will expand during a multi-week onboarding phase, you will become an expert for our product and accompany us even in complex challenges and find suitable solutions.

Together with your team, you work not only on the continuous improvement of our service, but also contribute to the further development of our product in collaboration with the development teams.

In close cooperation with the Automation Team, you optimize the use of our automation and AI solutions and actively participate in quality management in this area.

We work self-organized in teams. For this, your communication and collaboration skills are required to ensure good workflows between the different topic areas.
