Tasks

• As the central point of contact in IT support, you will process incoming disturbances and service requests by phone, email, or through the ticket system.
• You will set up new users in Active Directory, manage groups, and adjust permissions.
• When setting up new devices, you will take care of installation, configuration, and functional tests.
• You will regularly perform error analyses and work on sustainable resolution of recurring problems.
• In addition, you will support IT projects, such as system migrations or process optimization.

Qualification

• IT-related training or several years of relevant experience in IT support.
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and common office applications.
• Experience with ticket systems and customer and user support.
• Structured, self-responsible working style and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Solid German language skills.
