Tasks

• User support for internal software solutions
• Maintenance, care, and further development of ERP-, CRM-, and inventory management systems
• Analysis and troubleshooting of software- and process-related issues
• Support in software rollouts, updates, and system adaptations
• Collaboration on the introduction and use of AI-based applications
• Interface between departments and external IT service providers
• Documented support cases and processes

Qualification

• Completed education or degree in the IT-, commercial-, or technical field
• Practical experience with ERP-, CRM-, or inventory management systems
• Good software- and IT-affinity
• Fundamental knowledge or practical experience in the area of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Analytical and structured working style
• High service- and customer orientation
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
