Support & Customer Service (m/f/d) for PC CADDIE

Remote, full-time or part-time, close to the golf clubs

Saturday morning tee times, the January contribution run, the tournament with 120 participants: PC CADDIE is behind all of this. And when a club has a question, we are there.

Do you know PC CADDIE from the club secretariat or reception? Or do you come from customer service and have a connection to golf? Then you fit with us.

PC CADDIE is the club software for over 700 golf facilities and associations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and other countries. Our support team works remotely, distributed across all three DACH countries, and supports the clubs personally.

Your Tasks

• You answer clubs' questions about PC CADDIE by phone, ticket, and remote maintenance.

• You find out where the problem lies and solve it yourself or bring in the right colleagues.

• You set up functions and adapt them to the club's processes.

• You train club teams online and on-site.

• You manage your own time and take turns distributing incoming requests.

• Over time, you will grow into a specialist team.

What You Bring

It's great if you already know PC CADDIE as a user, and even better if you speak French.

We will teach you the technology behind it: with structured onboarding and designated contact persons.
