- Previous experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support.

Job Description

- Incident registration and resolution according to SLAs.
- Escalation of incidents, if necessary, and tracking of resolutions.
- Processing of support requests, questions, and user activities.
- Providing phone, email, and remote support.
- Updating and tracking tickets in the system.
- Respecting SLAs and ensuring rapid solution.
