• 2nd and 3rd level support in client management (O365, M365, AzureAD, etc.)
• Administration and support of clients/users
• Direct contact with end-users at the service desk at customer locations in southern Germany
• Handling a ticket system and documenting your activities in the ticket system
• Installation and configuration of hardware and software components
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues

• You possess a successfully completed education as an IT specialist (w/m/d) or are a lateral entrant (w/m/d) with corresponding experience and motivation
• You have practical experience in IT support (first- and second-level), customer support, telephone support, or user helpdesk
• You also have enthusiasm – like us – for the Modern Workplace and topics such as Office 365, Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure, etc.
• You can confidently handle and document ticket systems, such as Jira, ServiceNow, Helpline
• When it comes to incidents, requests, and problems, you always keep a cool head, because you always maintain an overview
• Good knowledge of German in writing and speaking, ideally rounded off by good English skills completing your profile
• Your approach is characterized by your good technical and analytical abilities
• You are a communication-strong team player who is happy to take on new challenges
• You also enjoy working independently
