Support Automation Engineer

About the Role This role focuses on providing technical support and ensuring the proper functioning of industrial automation systems. You will diagnose issues, assist with installations and maintenance, and work directly with clients to guide them in using their systems effectively. It’s a hands-on position suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with automation technologies, and supporting customers in the field. Responsibilities: Provide remote and on-site technical support (wherever possible) to ensure that industrial automation systems are functioning correctly. This includes troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and providing training to clients on how to use their systems effectively. Additionally, you will work closely with our internal teams to resolve any technical issues that may arise. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering, computer science) or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience working in industrial automation or a related field. Strong understanding of industrial automation systems and technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for on-site support. Certifications: None specified.
