The Job

We are looking for Support Associates in full-time and part-time/working students for our team in Berlin-Friedrichshain.

You are part of the Live Operation, write with all Wolt users - customers, couriers or restaurants - and thus provide the best support that hungry people could wish for.

• You speak and write both German and English fluently at C1 level
• This is a position with shift work. You can work mornings, evenings and also on weekends – Wolt is available to its customers seven days a week
• You have already gained experience in customer-oriented jobs
• You have a quick grasp, an eye for detail and never lose sight of the big picture
• You are tech-savvy, can type quickly, and are interested in digital products
