The Job
We are looking for Support Associates inVollzeit and Teilzeit/Werkstudenten for our team in Berlin-Friedrichshain.
You will be part of the Live Operation, writing with all Wolt users - customers, couriers or restaurants - and ensuring that the best support is provided to hungry people.

- You speak and writesowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch fließend auf C1-Niveau
- This is a position with shift work. You can work mornings, evenings, and also on weekends – Wolt is available to its customers seven days a week
- You have already gained experiences in customer-oriented jobs
- You have a quick understanding, an eye for detail, and never lose sight of the bigger picture
- You are tech-savvy, can quickly type, and are interested in digital products
